Clarence Park Bike Hub Volunteer

at Wheels for All

Role Description

Volunteers at the Clarence Park Bike Hub play a vital role in helping local people keep their bikes safe, roadworthy and ready to ride. The Bike Hub takes place every Thursday from 9:30am to 1:30pm and provides a friendly, welcoming and rewarding environment where volunteers can share their skills, meet new people and make a positive impact in the community. The role involves carrying out bike repairs, maintenance checks and helping to refurbish donated bikes, so some previous bike maintenance experience is required. However, ongoing training and support will be provided to help volunteers develop their knowledge and confidence. Whether you're an experienced mechanic or looking to build on your existing skills, volunteering at the Bike Hub is a great opportunity to support active travel, reduce waste and help more people access cycling. 🚲
