Grants Programme Officer (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead the management and delivery of our grant programmes at Bury VCFA. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Bury’s communities by shaping how funding drives social value.
As Grants Programme Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the VCSE sector through strategic funding, collaborative partnerships, and insightful impact reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and manage grant programmes from launch to evaluation
- Support applicants to strengthen bids and improve outcomes
- Coordinate grant panels and community assessors
- Lead site visits and conduct impact evaluations
- Build strong relationships with funders and delivery partners
