Role Description

Family SEN Group is excited to expand its digital presence. We are looking to recruit up to eight passionate, creative, and responsible volunteers to manage and grow our social media channels.The ideal candidates will possess excellent online communication skills, a strong understanding of digital etiquette, and the ability to promote our organisation effectively without spamming.Core Responsibilities Across All Roles:Promoting our Services: Sharing our monthly walks, events, and announcements across designated platforms.Community Engagement: Answering incoming online messages and comments politely and promptly.Content Integrity: Uploading event photographs, ensuring strict adherence to written consent guidelines.Clear Boundaries: Maintaining a strictly supportive role. Roles:
Facebook Coordinator (1 Vacancy): Responsible for managing our Facebook page, advertising upcoming events/walks, and monitoring Facebook Messenger.
WhatsApp Community Manager (1 Vacancy): Overseeing our official WhatsApp broadcast or group page to keep members informed.
Instagram Creator (1 Vacancy): Launching and curating a brand-new Instagram account to visually promote our group.
X / Twitter Specialist (1 Vacancy): Creating and managing an X (formerly Twitter) presence to share timely updates and network.
TikTok & YouTube Content Teams (2–4 Vacancies available): Creating engaging video content. Due to the nature of video production, these platforms can be split between multiple volunteers depending on applicant availability and experience.
Please note that all passwords and emails will be created by our current IT manager and they will be able to access these accounts at any time.
