Role Description
Family SEN Group is excited to find a kind and honest peer support cleaner. The role involves supporting neurodivergent adults. This will happen through listening to their wants and needs in their home regarding cleaning, organising, and supporting them to carry it out. Different people will have different levels of needs, and this could change for them on different occasions. You may need to dry the dishes whilst someone washes. You may need to tell someone what needs doing (only if they ask.) You will not cook, shop or conduct personal care. No two jobs will be the same. All will be rewarding. However, each individual job will be explained to you beforehand. Expenses will be paid up to an agreed amount, full PPE will always be provided.

Suitability: Suitable for 18 year olds and over
Time commitment
One day a week, up to applicant which day, can be on rotation if needed.

Food and travel whilst volunteering will either be provided, or reimbursed for up to an agreed amount for each individual job.

Supervision and 1-1 support when needed.
References for future jobs.
