Bury Council’s Cabinet has approved the proposed budget for 2026/27 for public consultation.
The public consultation will run from Thursday 4 December to Monday 19 January and all residents are encouraged to have their say on the recommendations and how savings can be made within the council.
The consultation results will be used to help prepare the final budget proposals to the February meeting of the council’s Cabinet before the final decision is made by the Full Council meeting on Wednesday 25 February.
