Shadow (Service User) Support Volunteer

Role Description
Shadowing Outreach Community & Residential Services support workers, in supporting and empowering our service users, (who identify with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities) to live as full and fruitful lives as possible.
Type of Activity: Ongoing, Suitable for individuals to apply, In person volunteering
Suitability: Suitable for 18 year olds and over
Time commitment
To be agreed, typically one day per week in order that you as a volunteer can get the most from this wonderful opportunity.
Main Offices 35-37 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Bury.
Benefit to the volunteer
Great opportunity to volunteer in the care sector and in gaining knowledge and experience. i.e. in respect of career with Outreach or elsewhere.
The care sector is not as vulnerable to the threat of AI as other sectors.
