Role Description

Our Social Media Leads help share the story of Community Medics across Greater Manchester. They capture the moments that matter, showcasing our youth programmes, community engagement, events, and volunteers through creative, engaging content on our platforms.

You don’t need any professional marketing experience; we will provide all the guidance you need, including how to create safe, appropriate content and represent our values online. What matters most is your creativity, reliability, and passion for helping us reach more people.

Whether you are filming at an event, creating simple posts at home, or highlighting the achievements of our young people and volunteers, every piece of content helps us amplify our mission and build safer, more connected communities.

Type of Activity: One off event, Ad-hoc, Ongoing, Suitable for individuals to apply, In person volunteering, Virtual volunteering

Suitability: Suitable for 16 and 17 year olds, Suitable for 18 year olds and over

1-2 hours a week

Role Location: Across Bury and Greater Manchester for content capturing. Although this can be requested from the teams on events.
Social media post updates can be done from home.
